Commission For Kids Volunteers at CareBag

As part of our commitment to making a difference in our community, we were part of a volunteer team to assemble hygiene kits for our non-profit member CareBag. They believe everyone should have access to the basic right of life that is proper hygiene. Carebag accomplishes this through their Mobile Shower Unit. They will distribute the kits to our community’s homeless individuals and families. Their local business partner, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, provides CareBag a storage area and space, where we put together the hygiene kits.

Commission For Kids member presents donation to Somerset Academy Central Miramar Campus

Commission For Kids professional member, Ricardo Garcia of Transparent Mortgage Lending, was happy to present a donation of $650 to the School Administration (Principal, Vice Principal, and Head of Teaching) of Somerset Academy Central Miramar campus in Florida. The donation came as a result of his client choosing the school to be the recipient. It will be utilized by the 5th grade team for school supplies and educational field trips. As a result of Commission For Kids real estate agent member and founder, Michael Farabaugh’s home buyer selecting the School Lunch Fairy non-profit organization as the donation recipient, he was able to make a donation directly to the “lunch ladies” at Somerset College Preparatory Academy’s in St. Lucie West FL.
