Member Registration
In order to register as a Member and obtain an Account to access and use the Service, you must enter your full name, e-mail address, how you heard about Commission for Kids, and your Payment Method information, including card number, CVV, and expiration date and, if applicable, a coupon code. If your Payment Method information changes as a result of re-issuance or otherwise, we may, but have no obligation to, request your updated Payment Method information from you or acquire that information from our financial services partner or your bank and update your information on file so that payment of your Monthly or Yearly Subscription Fee will not be interrupted unless you cancel your subscription with us. You will also be asked to create a username and password in order to access your Account and have the option to sign up for our newsletter by checking the box for “Keep me up-to-date.” This User Data is necessary for us to provide you with your Account, verify your identity upon sign in, and process your payments as directed.
Member Profile
In order to facilitate Member networking and marking efforts, Members may decide to provide or upload supplemental information, including Personal Information, that will be visible to all Users through your Member Profile (“Member Profile Information”). The Member Profile Information you choose to provide to us is completely up to your discretion and may include a different name and/or e-mail address than provided at registration, phone number, fax number, office address, social media handles and/or links to social media pages, biographical information, statement for your Member Profile banner, professional roles or titles, services offered, geographic areas of service, specializations, companies you work with/for or are engaged by, organizations you are involved with, languages spoken, licenses currently held, years of experience, number of sales, and awards and recognitions. You are responsible and liable for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Member Profile Information you provide.
As a Member, you may upload to your Member Profile photographs, videos, documents, testimonials, logos and other marketing materials, and news articles (“Marketing Materials”). UPON UPLOADING ANY MARKETING MATERIALS THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OF SUCH MARKETING MATERIALS OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER TO GRANT COMMISSION FOR KIDS A LICENSE AND THAT YOU HAVE FULL AUTHORITY UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAW TO UPLOAD SUCH MARKETING MATERIALS. IF YOU CANNOT CERTIFY THE FOREGOING WITH RESPECT TO ANY MARKETING MATERIALS, DO NOT UPLOAD SUCH MARKETING MATERIALS.

All Users may submit questions, suggestions, or other messages to Commission for Kids through our “Contact Us” form. So that we can adequately respond to your message, we require your name and e-mail address in addition to the message.
If you wish to contact a Member, you may contact such Member directly using the contact information listed on his or her Member Profile or use the “Contact Me” button to contact such Member through the Website. Contacting a Member though the “Contact Me” button will require your name, e-mail address, phone number, and message so that the Member can adequately respond to your message.
Submitting a Member Review
Through each Member Profile, you have the option to provide a rating and review of a Member you have interacted with. Submitting a review requires the subject/title of your review, rating on a scale of 1-5, and your review comments.
Third Party Interfaces
Third Party Interfaces utilized by our Website and Service allow you to interact with social media platforms and other third party services, such as an MLS Service and Google Maps. By interacting with or providing information through any Third Party Interface, you acknowledge that the applicable third party may automatically collect certain information, including Personal Information, from you and that all information, including Personal Information, you provide within the Third Party Interface is being provided to the applicable third party. You acknowledge that Commission for Kids has no control over how these third parties operate or process Personal Information.
